Do you do free delivery?
All our products are delivered for free in all Singapore with no minimum order.
For the BBQs, Grass, Heaters, Fans, Hot Tubs, Games, Lights, LEDs, Storage and accessories we offer free delivery to your door with SF Express.
For the sofa sets, umbrellas and dining sets we offer free delivery with our delivery team! Please make sure the furniture can fit in the stairs and lift.
For any doubt just ask us by email.

 

When will I get my item(s)?
Our usual delivery time is 15 business days for the made to order customized items like the sofas, loungers and dining sets. For other items like the BBQ and fans it can be much faster, in about 5-10 days usually.

 

Do you provide assembly service?
Yes we do, the fees will depend on the item and your address. Please contact us  to assess the cost.

 

How will my item(s) be delivered?
We use different delivery services depending on the size and quantity of your order. Smaller packages will be dispatched by parcel service. For larger pieces of furniture such as sofas, dining sets, you will be contacted by our delivery team prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time.

 

What are your delivery packages?
Our free basic delivery service is delivery to your door if there is a lift. We offer different delivery options, please select the most suitable one for you when you check out.

 

If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
It depends. Our furniture are made by a number of different manufacturers, so items can arrive at our delivery partner distribution center at different times.

 

What happens if I’m not there when my items are delivered?
In all cases we’d advise you try and be in on the original delivery date, so your items don’t stay too long in transit and you can enjoy them as quickly as possible.

 

I am getting as a gift for someone. Can I specify a delivery date and adress?
Of course you can. Simply contact us and we will arrange the gift delivery.

 

Can I change my delivery address?
Of course! Just contact us and we’ll update your details.

 

It’s been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Firstly, we’d like to apologize. Sometime there might be 1-2 weeks delay due to shipment. If you have been waiting longer than you should have and you have not heard from us, do get in touch with us and we’ll give you the latest info.
